Paul rocking out the 100 pull-up 100 Ring Dip WOD! Nice work Paul and Happy Frigging Birthday Man!
Sarah working hard on those overhead squats! Good focus! HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you too!
MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY! Hopefully everyone enjoyed their weekend! We had an amazing Saturday crowd for gymnastics and the Team WOD! You all should be very proud. Those team WODs are no joke!
We are hosting the CrossFit Kettlebell Certification at the gym this weekend. If you are interested in getting certified you can sign-up for it. If you are not interested in it...don't worry we will still have a Team WOD, somewhere in Atlanta...so make sure you are ready for whatever the weather is.
Do you ever lay there on the floor after a tough WOD and ask yourself "Why do I do this to myself." We have all asked ourselves that question and for each one of us the answer is different. Some of us want to train to go to the CrossFit Games, others to get prepare for another sport, some to lose weight, some to gain weight and some to just look better naked!
Whatever your goals are, we hope that CrossFit and CrossFit On The Move are providing you with a fun community of friends and opening the door for you to try new sports or get better at your current sports. For most people CrossFit is a tool to help us reach the the goals we set for ourselves in our lives...not the end of your fitness travels. We are hoping that by doing CrossFit you are able to enjoy all of the other things in your life because of the fitness you are achieving...your friends, your job, your sports other than CrossFit are all hopefully becoming much more enjoyable the fitter you get. Being "CROSSFIT" is hopefully helping make the rest of your life better.

Wow, 20. I do not see them all listed on the HQ website. 11 are listed for Atlanta.

Rogue do-win black, size 37 which is a US Men's size 5 (women's 6.5-7).
I have had them for 1 year and a few months. They are still in good condition, but I would like to get a pair of the women's series that are out, as those will be a little narrower (the Rogue's are a men's size and run a little wide).
Here is a picture (they look the same)

mine are not the 2010 obviously, but from the article they said the 2010 has shorter straps.
Thanks

Basically I want to get a pair of this women's series. I will look around to see what other websites sell them for the best price and what other colors.
