Oy vey, a 5K!

That’s right, we are running! Get your favorite minimalist running shoes ready for the 2nd annual CFOTM 5K”ish” event. This RUN-derful event is hosted at our Alpharetta location and, well, this isn’t your local running clubs’ 5K. This is a CrossFit themed 5k… there will be a few twists along the way just to keep it interesting.
